Christina has been a wonderful addition to the PREVENT family! She has great communication skills and a cheerful, upbeat, and positive attitude with everyone with whom she engages. Meet Steve – Field Tech on our SoCal team

Steve joined PREVENT in late 2019, and has taken each opportunity offered and run with it. He is focused and persistent every day/night, maximizing work shifts and demonstrating a solid  work ethic and drive while improving his skill set. We are excited for what the future will bring for Steve, and know that he will become an even greater asset to the company as he continues to grow. Congratulations, Steve!


Meet Albert – Field Tech out of our corporate office in NorCal

Albert has proven himself to be a great asset to PREVENT. A true team player, he is always eager to work. He has fantastic communication skills, easily interfacing with clients and keeping them updated on the progress of his jobs. He performs well on door inspection/repair projects and has also stepped up to lead damper inspections. Committed to his work, Albert always displays great professionalism. Well done, Albert!


Meet Albrik – Operations Manager in our Houston office

Although managers are typically excluded from this award, Albrik was selected as an EOM for his dedication and hands-on support in the field. Out of necessity, Albrik has been working many hours on critical repairs, while still training and developing his team. A top notch communicator, he has established rapport with his customers founded on quick service response, earning their trust to carry out assigned tasks in a timely manner. Congrats, Albrik!
